By accessing and using Promptunes, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Use of AI Service (Google Lyria API)

Promptunes provides an AI music generation service powered by Google Lyria 3 Pro. You agree to use this service in compliance with our policies and Google's Generative AI terms of use. Specifically, you agree NOT to:

• Generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.
• Attempt to generate copyrighted material or content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others.
• Use the service to generate hate speech, explicit content, or content that promotes violence.

3. Intellectual Property and Output

Due to the nature of machine learning, outputs may not be entirely unique across users. While you may use the generated audio for personal or commercial purposes, you may not claim exclusive copyright ownership over the AI-generated compositions, subject to the evolving legal landscape surrounding AI outputs and Google's API terms.

4. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Promptunes is not responsible for the exact content generated by the AI model or any consequences resulting from your use of the generated audio.
